We provide annual academic scholarships to daughters who are graduating high school with aspirations to pursue a professional career. Our criteria for applicants’ eligibility is as follows:
Female applicants need to be the age of 21 years or younger, planning to attend college or university, and facing one or all of the following situations:
Loss of a parent (death, abandonment, or divorce)
Chronic medical condition of self or close family member
Other traumatic life events
Financial constraints
Our final selection is based on the holistic view of their career aspirations, educational performance, extracurricular activities, work ethic, and ability to manage their challenges.
We provide monthly group mentorship sessions virtually for 1 year, covering topics such as relationship building, crisis management, resilience, positivity, emotional intelligence, communication, leadership, etc.
The objective of these sessions is to learn skills to manage the personal, academic, and professional aspects of their lives. These sessions include presentations, team discussions, and sharing of best practices from individual experiences.
